Have you been concerned about the mental health of a family, friend or co-worker? We have accredited Mental Health instructors that will teach you to assist others who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Based on Mental Health First Aid guidelines, our instructors will show you how to recognise the symptoms of mental health problems, improve your confidence in being able to support someone who needs help, and what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective.
