The Student Wellbeing Programs partner with schools to build resilience, social‑emotional skills, and supportive learning environments through evidence‑informed group programs and wellbeing initiatives for students from primary years through adolescence. Parent & Carer Wellbeing Programs provide practical, easy‑to‑attend sessions that help families navigate emotions, strengthen resilience, deepen connection, and manage common challenges such as anxiety and technology use. Complementing these supports, our Community Wellbeing Programs offer widely recognised training—including ASIST and safeTALK—to equip community members with lifesaving skills in recognising distress, responding safely, and fostering supportive, connected communities.
